This, combined with Angron’s hatred for the Emperor, made them perfect followers of Khorne, the Chaos God of blood and violence. By the Horus Heresy, they had fully embraced their dark patron, becoming Khorne’s chosen warriors, screaming their iconic battle cries: “Blood for the Blood God!” and “Skulls for the Skull Throne!”
