The Gravitic Trebuchet is a massive Canoptek construct, resembling a spider, with each of its eight projector spires being a six-league-long pylon made of Noctilith. At its core, it houses armored compartments that contain the engines, command center, and targeting lenses.
This weapon is engineered to propel asteroids at speeds exceeding that of light. It achieves this through a mechanism that alters reality, creating a dimension where physical laws differ and the mass of the launched object turns negative. This enables the asteroid to attain velocities akin to those of an Inertialess Drive’s jump.
For defense, the trebuchet is equipped with an Interstitial Jamming Field, which prevents any form of teleportation into its core.
