As punishment, she was exiled to a munitions factory, a fate designed to crush her spirit through endless monotony. While many Dark Eldar succumb to insanity under such conditions, Aestra’s will proved unbreakable. Instead, she focused her energies on perfecting her craft, creating weapons of such exceptional quality that even her overseers could not ignore her talent.



The Path to Freedom



Recognizing her brilliance, Aestra’s overseers arranged her transfer to the Kabal of the Obsidian Rose, a faction renowned for its mastery of weaponry. There, she was granted her own workshop, where she could create ever more intricate and powerful tools of death. With access to superior resources, Aestra turned her attention to a grand plan of revenge against Archon Vhloriac. She began crafting an array of concealed and seemingly innocuous weapons, each designed for deadly precision. Her preparations were meticulous, ensuring that when the time came, she would have the tools to execute her vengeance.



The Assassination of Archon Vhloriac



Aestra’s moment arrived when she was granted an audience with Archon Vhloriac. Using her concealed weapons, she unleashed a lethal surprise attack, catching her former master off guard. Simultaneously, the weapons of Vhloriac’s Court mysteriously malfunctioned, likely sabotaged by Aestra’s foresight. The combined effect of surprise and sabotage allowed her to swiftly eliminate Vhloriac, seizing control of the Kabal of the Obsidian Rose. Her victory was both a personal triumph and a display of her unmatched cunning and skill.
